By using our services and providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from us as described in these terms.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 725-425-8464. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Film removal and replacement services

4. Appointment Scheduling and Vehicle Access

5. Financial Terms
5.1 Service Pricing
Costs are determined by vehicle classification, window quantity, film selection, and installation complexity
Pricing is subject to modification with 30 days advance notification
Supplementary charges may apply for film removal, premium materials, or expedited service requests
5.2 Payment Requirements
Full payment is expected upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are established
Accepted payment methods include [credit cards, debit cards, cash, digital payments]
Overdue payments may trigger collection procedures and late penalty fees of [specify amount or percentage]
Failed payment transactions will incur a $10 processing fee
5.3 Appointment Cancellation

7. Service Scope Limitations
Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years of age or older. Adult services only.
While we strive for excellence in every installation:
We accept no liability for pre-existing window damage, surface scratches, or material defects
Automotive glass repair, replacement, and full detailing services are not provided
We are not responsible for damage to aftermarket accessories or window modifications
8. Liability Protection and Client Responsibilities
8.1 Property Damage Coverage
We maintain comprehensive liability insurance for damages resulting from our negligence
We are not liable for issues stemming from concealed defects in glass composition or window operating systems
Clients must inform us of any known vehicle complications before service initiation
8.2 Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim will not surpass the total amount paid by the Client for services rendered within the 30-day period preceding the claim.
8.3 Client Hold Harmless Agreement
Clients agree to indemnify and release Dapper Tint LLC from all claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from:
Vehicle operation during the film curing period
Non-compliance with regional or state tinting legislation
Provision of false or incomplete information
9. Service Cancellation and Contract Termination
9.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours advance written notification
Last-minute or same-day cancellations may trigger cancellation penalties
Prepaid deposits are generally non-refundable except where explicitly stated otherwise
9.2 Company-Initiated Termination
We reserve the authority to immediately refuse or terminate service under the following circumstances:
Payment default or non-payment
Unsafe or hazardous vehicle conditions
Abusive behavior or harassment directed at our personnel
Material breach of these terms
10. Weather-Related Service Disruptions
Extreme weather conditions, excessive humidity, or unforeseen emergencies may cause service delays
Rescheduling will occur when environmental conditions support proper film installation
Weather-related postponements do not qualify for refunds
11. Warranty Coverage
Manufacturer film warranties apply according to specifications provided at time of service
Our installation craftsmanship carries a 2-year warranty protecting against peeling, bubbling, or installation defects
Warranty protection excludes damage from collisions, neglect, improper maintenance, or subsequent glass repairs
All warranty claims require written submission accompanied by service documentation
12. Regulatory Compliance
Clients bear sole responsibility for ensuring tint darkness levels comply with applicable local and state regulations
While we offer guidance regarding legal tinting limits, final compliance responsibility rests with the client
Dapper Tint LLC assumes no liability for traffic citations, fines, or penalties arising from tint regulation violations
13. Privacy Protections
Your personal data is managed in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is fully integrated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
14. Proprietary Rights
All website content, promotional materials, branding elements, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of Dapper Tint LLC and protected under applicable copyright and trademark legislation.
15. Conflict Resolution
15.1 Applicable Law
These Terms are subject to and interpreted under the laws of Las Vegas, excluding conflict of law doctrines.
15.2 Binding Arbitration
Disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through mandatory binding arbitration conducted in Las Vegas, with the exception of matters appropriate for small claims court jurisdiction.
15.3 Class Action Prohibition
You expressly agree to pursue dispute resolution on an individual basis and waive all rights to participate in class action litigation or collective proceedings.

Minimum Age Requirement: All clients must be 18 years of age or older. Services restricted to adults only.

These Terms represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Dapper Tint LLC concerning our services.
